No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen food products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of any products once they have been shipped from our facility. This policy protects both our customers and our business by ensuring food safety and maintaining the quality standards you expect from Frozen Garden.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
- Food Safety: Once frozen products leave our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee they've been stored at proper temperatures
- Perishable Nature: Our products are made with real, whole ingredients without preservatives and have limited shelf life
- Quality Assurance: We cannot verify the condition or safety of returned perishable items
- Health Regulations: Food safety laws prohibit the resale of returned perishable food products
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
While we don't accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Frozen Garden experience.
We'll Refund or Replace When:
- Products arrive thawed or spoiled
- Items are damaged, missing, or wrong
- Orders are delayed more than 2 weeks from the order date
- Products don't meet our quality standards
- We ship the wrong items or make billing errors

Our Shipping Standards
We ship Monday-Wednesday only with dry ice and insulated packaging to ensure products arrive frozen. Delivery takes 1-3 business days to the continental US.
Your Part: Be available to receive your delivery and transfer products to your freezer on the day they are delivered.
Special Cases
Subscriptions: We'll pause your subscription while resolving any quality issues.
Gifts: Refunds go to the purchaser; replacements can be sent to recipients.
