We Keep it Real. On Purpose.
We started Frozen Garden because we were fed up: with fake food, sneaky labels, and “healthy” stuff that’s anything but. So we ditched the junk, grabbed the good stuff, and froze it fresh. No gimmicks. No added sugar. Just real fruits and veggies doing what they do best.
This isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about helping you eat better without overthinking it. Good food should be easy, honest, and actually taste like food.

Healthy Eating Shouldn’t Be a Full-Time Job
And it definitely shouldn’t taste like cardboard.
We believe convenience shouldn’t mean compromise. That’s why everything we make is flash-frozen at peak ripeness, so the flavor hits hard and the prep stays easy. Whether you’re late for work, wrangling kids, or just not in the mood to chop kale, we've got you.
You deserve food that works as hard as you do. And yeah, your blender might need a raise.

Ingredient Sourcing
Real Food Starts with Real Relationships
We’re not just buying ingredients, we’re shaking hands with the people who grow them. Our sourcing starts close to home, with local farmers and partners we actually know and trust. This lets us keep things fresh, seasonal, and as close to the ground as possible, literally.
Because when you care about what goes into your food, you care about who’s behind it too.

What About Organic?
We’re Selective for a Reason
When it comes to pesticides, we follow the Environmental Working Group’s Dirty Dozen list like a grocery bible. That means ingredients like spinach, kale, strawberries, apples, pears, peaches, and more are either certified organic or grown by local farmers we trust to skip the synthetic stuff.
For other ingredients, like bananas, pineapples, oranges, and lemons, we go conventional when it makes sense. They’re naturally protected and low on the risk scale, so we can keep things clean, simple, and nutrient-dense without overcomplicating what’s already working.
It’s not about labels. It’s about thoughtful sourcing, grounded in wellness, and always with your body in mind.
Sustainability
We Don’t Just Talk Green. We Act on It.
From the farms we work with to the packaging we ship in, we’re constantly looking for ways to reduce waste, lower our footprint, and do right by the planet. Sustainability isn’t a side project here; it’s blended into the way we do business.
