Local Roots
Real Food Starts Close to Home
We don’t do mystery ingredients. Every Smoothie, Bowl, and Delite starts with people we know and ingredients that matter. Our local farmers aren’t names on a label; they’re neighbors who roll up early to harvest produce that’s fresh enough to use the same day.
Every frozen pouch has a story of families working the land, urging their crops to peak, and pushing for freshness so you don’t have to. We’re in this with them, and we’re proud to share their faces, farms, and methods with you.

Perkins Good Earth Farm
DeMotte, Indiana
Dan and Julie Perkins have been growing the good stuff since 2009. Their small-but-mighty farm in DeMotte runs on equal parts hard work, organic practices, and deep respect for the land. Certified Organic? Yep. But they go even further with cover crops, minimal tilling, and methods that keep the soil (and your food) thriving.
We source kale, spinach, cucumbers, carrots, zucchini, and some seriously flavorful herbs straight from their fields. You’ll find their produce in our Smoothies and Garden Bowls… basically anywhere we want flavor and freshness to show up strong.

Organic Blueberry Ranch
Mishawaka, Indiana
The name says it all. Since 2009, Organic Blueberry Ranch has been growing some of the best berries in the Midwest, certified USDA Organic and 100% delicious. They grow nine varieties (yep, nine!) of antioxidant-packed blueberries that are picked at peak ripeness and flash-frozen just steps from the field.
We’re lucky to use their berries year-round in Smoothies like Berrikini, Purple Passion, and Rollin’ Oats, and of course, our Blueberry Hemp Overnight Oats. If you’ve tasted a burst of blueberry in any of those, now you know who to thank.

Piazza Produce
Indianapolis, Indiana
When we can’t get it local, we turn to people who still keep it personal. Piazza Produce is a family-owned distributor based in Indy that’s been connecting businesses to quality ingredients since 1970, back when they had just one truck and a whole lot of hustle.
Today, they help us source essentials like bananas, pineapples, and mangoes from trusted growers, while also working with Indiana farmers to expand our local reach beyond what we can do directly. In short: they help us stay flexible without compromising on standards.
Foods Alive
Angola, Indiana
Since 2002, Foods Alive has been sourcing powerhouse ingredients from around the world, right from their home base in Angola, Indiana. From seeds to superfoods, they’re all about nutrient density, clean sourcing, and big benefits packed into tiny ingredients.
We partner with them for omega-3-rich chia seeds, nutty hemp hearts, fiber-loaded flax, bold raw cacao, and that crave-worthy Himalayan pink salt. You’ll find their superfoods doing the heavy lifting in our Smoothies, Delites, Overnight Oats, and Garden Bowls.

Midwest Made
Locally Crafted. Honestly Good.
We’re proud to call Valparaiso, Indiana home. Every Frozen Garden product is handcrafted right here in our own facility, not outsourced, not mass-produced. That means we oversee every step, from chopping to freezing to packaging, with care (and plenty of kitchen dance breaks).
Keeping it local lets us keep it real: small-batch quality, tight food safety standards, and recipes that taste like someone actually thought them through… because we did.
It’s the Midwest work ethic, frozen into every pouch.
